From that, she got all the man's background, including his contact information, criminal history and his public records. This man was convicted of touching a child under the age of 8 for sexual purposes. As it turns out this had happened only a few years ago! She was mortified. She was unable to accept what she was looking at and that no body had informed her.

She checked the local sex offender list and sure enough, he was there, deciding that the public record finder must be in error. Next she decided to move, and the mother alerted the police that the man had been speaking with her daughter. So thankful that the public record finder website had been there and that she paid attention to her strange feelings about him.
